2009 started with a major appointment - Joyce Henry to the IRB World Cup Sevens in Dubai.   She was one of four women referees at the tournament.  Her top match as a referee was the Women's match between England and South Africa - can't go much higher than that.  Well done, Joyce.

Also in early 2009, Karen Lozada refereed matches in Ireland courtesy of the Irish Rugby Football Union.

Daniel Gana to Mexican Club Championship Final in Mexico City.

Derek Stoltz to the IRB World Cup Qualifying Tournament and caribbean Championships in Grand Cayman.

Mark Newton to Millfield International Invitational Tournament in England.
