A new section has been added to the website to bring together documents related to the technical aspects of refereeing the game in Ontario.  

For practicing referees and coaches, the most important addition is probably the one dealing with consistency of interpretation.  These "consistencies" follow discussions at the January 2009 Panel meeting and the February 2009 Workshop in Kingston.   Every referee in Ontario is epected to follow these "consistencies" in the coming season.  

For referee coaches and referee performance reviewers, there are the protocols presented at the Kingston workshop together with applicable standard forms.    

There is also a section with "Refereeing Aids".  This will be expanded over time to include applicable technical documents.
