Game Sheets
Thursday, 11-Aug-95 -

The season has now started and the first wave of game sheets has been received in the office. Some were not fully completed.

This is a quick  reminder of requirements by referees in completing vital information that is contained on the sheets. Rugby Ontario uses this information for a number of reasons including score confirmation - including tries etc..., yellow and red cards to establish trends.

Please make sure that  each team has certified that all players are registered.  Before you, the referee, sign the form, ensure that a representative of each team has entered a printed name and signature in the relevant boxes that states certify all players are registered with Rugby Ontario. It is NOT your responsibility to know who they are but please ensure that there is someone listed and signed.

Make sure that you have entered who won the match and the opposition together with the score including number of tries,
conversions, penalties and drop goals.

List all Yellow and Red Cards.  Please put the sanction, number of the player AND the OFFENCE for which they were given the sanction. - e.g. Yellow Card #4 "Team Name"- team repeated infringement - off side at the tackle.

Please print and sign your name.

Also please indicate on the game sheet any relevant comments listed about spectators control, field lines, ropes and other field conditions.

Thanks
