As most of you are aware, Andrew Hall holds two positions relating to referee development in Ontario.  The first is as Referee Development Officer for Rugby Ontario.   This position is in addition to his duties as the RO Community Development Officer.  The second is his volunteer role as Referee Development Director for the Niagara Rugby Referees Society. 

In both of these capacities, he has produced a variety of presentations.  To make these available to a wider audience, he has developed a website with the intention that it become the central hub for development information.
