At the NRRS AGM held on November 16 in Guelph, after 30 years in the position, Jim McCann stepped down as Chair of the Society.  As NRRS Chair, he has also been a member of the ORRS Board for the whole of that time.   It was noted that Jim has held the position for longer than some of the referees have been on this planet. 

Jim's successor as Chair is Jeff Dahl who was previously Secretary.   Scott Fleming takes over as Secretary.   Jim is still be on the Committee as Treasurer - a position he has been filling for most of the past year.   Andrew Hall remains as the Development Director.  Eric Ciezar takes over Appointments replacing Brian Chapple who has done such a great job this year.    Adam Wilhelm rounds out the Committee as the South West representative after Peter Darbishire stood down.

Among other things, Andrew reported that 13 members had taken the time to return the Development Feedback questionnaire.  Winner of the $50 gas card was Hope Jervis.  Now all she needs is a car!
