The 2010 National Panel of Referees was announced on Friday, December 11 by Trevor Arnold, Director of Rugby & Referee Development Manager, on behalf of the Match Officials & Laws Advisory Panel.  The Rugby Canada National Panel of Referees is the squad of referees identified as those individuals who are the pinnacle of referees in Canada but who also have the potential to improve even further.
